A visual initiative designed to ease teacher burnout and inspire healthier classroom energy.
Teachers across Charlotte—and nationwide—are experiencing severe burnout. More than half report high stress, and one in four consider leaving. “Revered” began as a student-led response: a reminder that the energy of a classroom starts with us.
Deliverable 1 - The Brochure
The brochure introduces the core message of Revered. It breaks down the problem, the emotional impact on teachers, and simple actions students can take to positively shift classroom energy.
Deliverable 2 — Instagram Advertisements
The social campaign focuses on fast, scroll-stopping messages paired with calm visuals. Each post highlights a small, actionable classroom behavior and how it contributes to a healthier shared space.
Deliverable 3 — Cross-Platform Single Ad
This ad adapts the campaign for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube. It uses motion, simple iconography, and direct messaging to quickly reach students where they already spend their time.
Deliverable 4 — Full Presentation Video
The final presentation is a fully animated After Effects video with original narration. It explains the problem, visual identity, and impact of the Revered campaign while showcasing each deliverable in motion.
Revered taught me how design can shift behavior, emotion, and community environments. By taking a problem like teacher burnout and reframing it through student perspective, this project helped me understand how visual storytelling can create real empathy. The final campaign combines print, motion, and social media to reach students in multiple formats while staying grounded in a consistent brand identity.
